Bear is a beautiful completely black 9 week old male kitten. He is very playful, litter trained and on both hard and soft food depending on what you would prefer to give him. He has been around dogs and young children. He has been vet checked because they had an eye infection they were giving ointment but I was told they more than likely have feline viral rhinopneumonitis (FVR) a very common virus that outdoor cats can get and it was probably giving to him by his mother. Bear is doing very well, his eyes are fine now and he is otherwise very healthy. But FVR is a virus he will have for life but will not necessarily have any symptoms at all. The mother has absolutely no symptoms and is healthy. But because he has the virus and it can be given ONLY to other cats (not dogs or humans) he would be better in a home without other cats. I'm hoping someone will give him a chance because he is an absolutely adorable kitten!! But I wanted to be honest with whomever is interested in Bear and if you have ANY other questions please feel free to call. 908 834
